What is included in my stay?
- Airport transfer from Tambolaka Airport to Konda Maloba is included and only valid for a minimum of 2 nights stay.
- Rates include full-board meals for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old.
- Included meals consist of breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner.
- Meals ordered outside of designated meal hours may incur an additional charge.
- All rates are subject to availability and seasonal adjustments.
How does the booking and payment process work?
All reservations are subject to a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights.
Long-Term Booking (More Than 4 Months Prior to Arrival)
A 25% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon reservation to secure the booking. The remaining 75% balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Standard Bookings (1–4 Months Prior to Arrival)
A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon reservation. The remaining 50% balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Last-Minute Bookings (Less Than 30 Days Prior to Arrival)
Full payment (100%) is required immediately upon booking to confirm the reservation.
Payment Deadlines
Failure to settle the remaining balance by the due date (30 days prior to arrival) may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, and the applicable cancellation policy will apply.
All bank transfer fees and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the guest.

More Than 60 Days Prior to Arrival
Cancellations are subject to an administration fee equivalent to 10% of the total booking amount. The remaining paid deposit will be refunded.
30–60 Days Prior to Arrival
50% of the total deposit paid will be forfeited. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Less Than 30 Days Prior to Arrival
Non-refundable. 100% of the total booking amount paid will be forfeited.

How many guests can stay, and what is the visitor policy?
Each villa is equipped with one king-size bed and accommodates a maximum of:
- 2 adults and 1 child under 5 years old sharing the existing bed; or
- 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old with one additional extra bed.
